I am a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with four years of practical experience, two years of intensive theoretical and clinical training, and voluntary community outreach. Through clinical experience in chiropractic and physiotherapy settings, I have developed an intuitive and natural ability to assess your body's needs and address them through focused therapeutic massage. I enjoy problem solving with my clients and educating them so that they are aware and involved in their own health and wellbeing. 

I incorporate a wide range of techniques including: deep tissue; full body relaxation (Swedish massage); soft tissue release; and Thai massage to give my clients the best possible results. I specialize in chronic muscle and joint pain, rehabilitation and recovery from injury, headache and migraine relief, working with children and children with special needs, and pregnant women.

Kathleen Kelly, RMT
Registered Massage Therapist

I'm a Registered Massage Therapist with experience since 2015. I earned my diploma from Westervelt College and furthered my skills by completing the Medical Acupuncture program at McMaster University.

Following graduation, I pursued additional training at the Shiatsu School of Canada, becoming certified in RMT Shiatsu Massage. 

In addition to my therapeutic work, I dedicate my time to volunteering as a peer support counselor. I believe in a holistic approach, integrating the body, mind, and spirit to help clients achieve their best state of health. Nicholas Janus, Rmt
Registered Massage Therapist

I am a Register Massage Therapy. I am a passionate, enthusiastic person, committed to caring and helping my clients feel their best. My drive to help others was, and continues to be, the reason I am passionate about the field of massage therapy. It is a privilege knowing I can assist people in feeling their best, and create a welcoming, therapeutic environment.
I am trained in general Swedish massage techniques, deep tissue massage and general
relaxation. I incorporate my own methods within each unique treatment to ensure every client has a positive and beneficial experience. I can provide a versatile set of treatments, from extended deep tissue massages, to fascial relief, to reduced pressure relaxation sessions.

Bianca D'Alessandro,B.Sc(KIN), M.OMSC

 Bianca is a Graduate of the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton, Ontario. She is also in good standing with OSTCAN. Being interested in health from a young age, combined with a passion to help others, Bianca completed her Honours Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology at McMaster University. During this time, Bianca travelled to Peru, meeting with Amazonian tribes who introduced her to natural healing and plant medicine and helped shaped her interest in alternative health care.

Carlo Marcoccia, RMT
Registered Massage Therapist

Carlo is a Registered Massage Therapist with a passion for health and wellness. After graduating from Sutherland-Chan School & Teaching Clinic in 2011, he was fortunate to gain experience in a number of different clinics to help shape his craft. “The physio, rehab and naturopathic sectors that I’ve worked in have given me fundamentals in a variety of diverse clinical settings”.  TMJ and cranio-sacral therapies: for those with traumatic head injuries and tension around the head, neck and shoulders, that require a lighter pressure - to structural integration and deep tissue for those very active folks with tough knots, that need extra pressure.
During his time at Sutherland-Chan School & Teaching Clinic he developed the necessary skills to be a client-based therapist. “I learned to be attentive to details, from the small to the large. Also, to narrow down a client’s spectrum of ailments and help free the client of their pains & stresses. Include massage therapy to help your muscles prepare and recover quicker.”

Aaron Hasler, B.SC(KIN), M.OMSC
Osteopathic Manual Practitioner

Prior to attending the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, I earned a Bachelor of Kinesiology at Brock University. My passion for human kinetics led me to assist in children's movement programs working to help younger populations learn and develop motor skills. During this time I also worked with older populations to build and maintain strength and mobility, it was here where I learned the importance of tailoring individualized programs to meet the unique needs of each patient.
As an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner I combine my academic background and specialized training to provide effective, patient-centered care using a variety of osteopathic approaches to enhance the body’s natural healing processes. I am deeply committed to creating a safe, comfortable environment for all patients. I use a personalized approach to treatment, working closely with each individual to develop a plan that supports their health and wellness goals.
